Emily Hejl is an associate attorney at Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C. where she assists clients with a wide range of business matters including drafting and negotiating contracts related to the acquisition, merger, formation, and restructuring of privately held businesses.

Experience

Emily has extensive experience working with clients in the energy sector, and continues to expand her practice in banking, real estate, estate planning, and tax law.

She currently focuses on large-scale transactional matters including the purchase and sale of companies and commercial real estate assets; the finance, refinance and restructuring of credit facilities; and the formation of business entities for individuals and joint ventures.

Emily also assists closely-held and family businesses and high-net-worth individuals with business and financial transactions, and estate and succession planning.

Emily joined Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C. in 2019. Prior to that, she was a corporate attorney at a large Houston law firm where she drafted contracts and other corporate documents related to the acquisition, merger, formation, and restructuring of companies, and counseled corporate clients regarding a wide range of matters.
