He also has demonstrated success developing and executing legal strategies in complex regulated industries, and helping clients implement the appropriate strategies after analysis of regulations, statutes, and practical business concerns. His expertise also includes managing multimillion-dollar litigation and advising C-level executives as outside counsel.

Ian served as a law clerk at two very well respected Texas firms and as a judicial extern for Federal Magistrate Judge Jeffrey C. Manske during law school before beginning his career practicing in Dallas.
