Chris Raman is an associate attorney at Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C., where his practice focuses on business and corporate law, and commercial real estate, including representing and counseling clients in transactional matters, and negotiating and drafting business agreements. He has closed deals ranging from $1 million to over $20 million by working closely with clients to understand and help them achieve their goals with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

Experience

Chris joined Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C. after serving as an assistant city attorney for the City of Dallas where he provided advice and counsel to the Dallas City Council, the City Manager, the City Secretary and various city departments.

As a city attorney he negotiated and drafted contracts to support construction, real estate, housing, cultural arts, parks, convention center and economic development-related transactions, and drafted various legal opinions, resolutions and ordinances. He also worked closely with city staff to support the Dallas City Council and its boards and committees.

Chris has also worked in the hospitality industry and understands its various challenges and struggles. Over the years, his practical knowledge and real-world experience in the industry have allowed him to efficiently and effectively understand client issues and how to strategically resolve them.
