Paul Jordan

Background and Education

Paul was born in Brownsboro, Henderson County, Texas on December 15, 1962. A graduate of Texas A&M University (B.S. with honors 1985), he completed graduate studies at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs (M.P.A. 1989) and received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (J.D. 1989). A resident of Georgetown, Paul offices primarily out of the firm’s Williamson County location. Before joining Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C. in May 2001, Paul was a shareholder with the law firm of Buford & Jordan, P.C. in Austin. Paul is a former chairperson of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and is currently on the board of directors of the Texas FFA Foundation. Appointed by Governor Perry, Paul serves as a Commissioner, representing the public, on the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Areas of Practice

He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas and in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Paul’s areas of practice include general business matters, real estate, and civil litigation. He has represented financial institutions in complex commercial litigation; teachers’ associations; public and private employers and employees; and a wide variety of small and large business owners, as well as governmental entities, in litigation and transactional matters.
