Paul Jordan is a shareholder at Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C., where his areas of practice include general business matters, banking, real estate, and civil litigation, in which he focuses on helping business owners navigate day-to-day legal hurdles.

Paul practices out of the firm’s Georgetown, Texas office in Williamson County.

Experience

Over the years Paul has represented a broad base of clients including banks and financial institutions, real estate firms, teachers’ associations, and business owners and employers.

Representative clients include First Texas Bancorp, Inc.; First Texas Bank; Bloomer Trailer Mfg., Inc.; Texas Outdoor Power Equipment Distributors, Inc.; Keller Williams Realty, Avis Wukasch, Broker; and Brashear Properties, Ltd., Ercel Brashear, Broker.

Paul has represented buyers and sellers in large, multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions, as well as in business purchases and buy-outs. He has also represented banks in complex fraud claims.

Additionally, Paul has represented clients in and outside of probate concerning breach of fiduciary duty litigation.

He has also successfully managed significant discrimination claims for private employers.

Before joining Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C. in 2001, Paul was a shareholder with the law firm of Buford & Jordan, P.C. in Austin, Texas.

Appointed by Governor Perry, Paul served as a Commissioner representing the public on the Texas Real Estate Commission, from 2001-2007.

Community Involvement

Paul is currently a director of The Caring Place and on the Board of Directors, and past chairperson, of the Texas FFA Foundation. He is also a past chairperson of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, Partners in Education, and the Williamson County A&M Club.
