Josh Schroeder is a shareholder at Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C., where his practice focuses on assisting clients in wide range of transactional business matters, from formation to operation to sale, with a particular emphasis on real estate development.

He practices out of the firm’s Georgetown, Texas office in Williamson County.

Experience

Josh’s clients include the Georgetown Independent School District, the Georgetown Health Foundation, Extraco Bank, BBVA Compass, Compostela Development, and various other general contractors, home builders, and residential and commercial real estate developers.

He is the former chair of the City of Georgetown’s Zoning Board of Adjustment and Planning & Zoning Commission, and currently serves as a member of the City’s 2030 Steering Committee, and as the chair of the Historical and Architectural Review Commission.

He was named a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers, 2014-2016; and Citizen of the Year by the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, 2014.

Community Involvement

Josh was elected Mayor of Georgetown, Texas in November 2020. He also continues to serve on the boards of various non-profit and civic organizations including the Georgetown Development Alliance and Brookwood in Georgetown, an innovative vocational community for adults with special needs.
