Kelsey Abbey is an associate attorney at Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C., where her practice focuses on commercial litigation and business law, representing clients in complex disputes, contract matters and corporate governance issues. She has experience handling high-profile litigation, including class actions, mass torts and personal injury cases, and has advocated on behalf of thousands of clients in both state and federal courts.

She practices out of the firm’s Austin, Texas office in Travis County.

Before joining Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C., Kelsey was an associate at Guerra LLP (formerly Watts Guerra), where she worked on a variety of commercial and tort litigation matters. 

In law school, Kelsey served as the Senior Articles Editor of the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal and Vice President of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. She was also a Legislative Representative for the Student Bar Association and on the Pro Bono Board.

Kelsey was also a law clerk at Watts Guerra LLP where she began her lifelong goal of helping fight for those who experience severe injustice.
