Anna Puff is an associate attorney at Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C., where she represents clients in a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters, including contract disputes, real estate conflicts, construction law, and administrative proceedings. She also advises on government affairs and land development issues.
She practices out of the firm’s Austin, Texas office in Travis County.
Anna first joined Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C. as a law clerk before becoming an associate, gaining hands-on experience with both the litigation and transactional teams. She has worked on matters involving business law, commercial litigation, real estate, and tax issues.
She previously worked as a legal intern at Capital Title of Texas, where she reviewed LLCs, LPs, Trusts, and POAs for good standing and title issues, drafted deeds and limited POAs for closing, and participated in litigation strategy discussions.
Anna also served as a legislative intern in the U.S. House of Representatives, and a legislative assistant at the Texas House of Representatives.
During law school, Anna was a member of the Order of Barristers, was active in Baylor Law’s Mad Dog Mock Trial Tournament and Faegre Drinker Moot Court Competition as a competitor and a judge, and served as a Practice Court form grader assisting in legal writing instruction.
