Kasi Moeskau is a shareholder at Sneed, Vine & Perry, P.C., and a member of the firm’s Legal Opinion Committee. Kasi’s national practice spans a wide range of commercial real estate matters, where she represents and counsels clients in transactions including the merger, acquisition, and sale of commercial real estate assets, companies, and corporate assets.
Kasi also routinely advises clients regarding the formation of business entities for individuals and joint ventures.
Kasi has experience representing a wide variety of investors and other owners and operators of commercial real estate assets in the acquisition and disposition of real property, financing transactions, and organization and negotiation of joint ventures. She also has experience representing a wide variety of asset types, including industrial, hotel, skilled nursing facilities, multi-family, office, and retail properties.
Kasi also serves as general counsel for a variety of clients including trade associations and small to mid-sized real estate companies, where she assists in wide-ranging operational matters including the draft, review, and negotiation of service contracts; the resolution of disputes; corporate compliance and fiduciary duties; and other day-to-day matters.
Examples of Kasi’s client transactions include representing a Purchaser in the acquisition of a $90 million multi-family development in Houston; representing a Purchaser in the acquisition and refinance of a $100 million portfolio of skilled nursing facilities in Illinois; and representing a joint venture in the acquisition of land and development of multiple self-storage facilities in various states.
