Robert Kleeman joined Sneed Vine & Perry as a shareholder on June 1, 2013.

Robert’s 30 years of practice have provided him with a wealth of experience in many areas of law. Robert’s practice areas include zoning and other regulations impacting the development and use of land, assisting landowners and developers in the creation and protection of vested development rights, and environmental law, including the Endangered Species Act.  Robert earned a BA from the University of Texas in 1978 and completed the joint JD and MPA program (LBJ School of Public Affairs) at the University of Texas in 1983. Robert serves as the Vice President of Government Relations for the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin; an organization that covers five central Texas counties and more than 20 cities.

Robert also serves as general counsel for the Texas Salamander Coalition, a landowner organization based in Williamson County, that opposes the listing of the Georgetown salamander and Salado salamander as endangered or threatened under the Endangered Species Act.

The addition of Robert as a shareholder enhances Sneed Vine’s depth and experience in land use and development law, environmental law, condemnation and general commercial real estate.
